How to find us

The Beauty Room Address is 15 Moorhen Court, Quedgeley, Gloucester. GL2 4LE.

Moorhen Court is off "The Causeway" which is off "Severnvale Drive".

Arrival

Try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, this is your special time to unwind and relax. If it is your first visit to The Beauty Room you will be asked to complete a record card which includes your contact details and medical history. 


What to Wear
You may find that you will be more relaxed in comfy clothes! A gown will be provided when needed, but don't forget the flip flops for after your pedicure!

Your privacy and modesty is respected at all times. 


Cancellations
At The Beauty Room I know sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided, but unfortunately if less than 24 hours notice is given a charge is incurred. This charge is £5.00 per 15 minutes booked and will be added to your next appointment cost. Please note that missed appointments will also incur this charge.



Mobile Phones
To aid your relaxation and you may wish to switch off your mobile phone before entering the treatment room. 



Children
Although I welcome children to my salon, the salon environment is not suitable for smaller children, you may wish to arrange for them to be cared for elsewhere while you come and have some well deserved time to yourself.


Tinting
All clients are required to have a patch test 24 hours before their first treatment at The Beauty Room of an eyebrow or eyelash tint.


Health Concerns
Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. Please raise any concerns at the time of booking to avoid disappointment on the day.
